28 Jan Exhibition at Malou Karberg 2020

Together with four fellow artists, I had the pleasure of exhibiting at Malou Karberg’s gallery north of Copenhagen in May 2020. It was so inspiring to experience Malou’s enthusiastic approach and her attention to detail, when curating our diverse art into a group exhibition.
Malou has an amazing sense of creating unique events in her magical settings in and around the little white building, which was once the summer studio of Kurt Trampedach. Does it get any more authentic than that? I think not. Many thanks to Malou for a wonderful experience in every way.

One of the massive gallery walls, where Malou beautifully paired my framed Sumi-e ink works on paper with a large monochrome acrylic painting by Flemming Hoff on the left side. On the table by the wall, one of my sitting women and the bust ’Peaceful’, both in unglazed stoneware.

One happy artist in very inspiring surroundings. Acrylic painting on the left by Flemming Hoff. Ceramic female sculpture and framed Sumi-e ink works by yours truly.

Sculptures by Lucie Verdet and me on display on the long table. My little sand coloured woman sitting in the front, and my standing bronze sculpture ’Essence of a woman’ towering in the back. Colourful floral painting on the wall by Malene Juul Albrektsen.

A wonderful experience both inside and outside at Malou Karberg’s fine little gallery in Vedbaek.
