Welcome to the official Pia Hutters online shop. We are delighted that you have chosen to shop with us. We ship internationally to most parts of the world.
– The sculptures are packed and shipped in shock-resistant packaging.
– The framed paintings may be shipped. Ask for a quote at shop@piahutters.dk
– The drawings and prints are transported in cardboard tubes or flat packages depending on size and quantity.
Both types of packaging are well suited for art transportation, however we recommend that you unpack your order as soon as possible upon arrival.
– Contact us at shop@piahutters.dk if you wish to pick up the artwork at Lille Strandvej 1A, 2900 Hellerup.

PAYMENT
Pia Hutters Art accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which is a debit card, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or decline the payment.
All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark – Kroner (DKK)
Pia Hutters Art uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Delivery in Denmark is proceeded with PostNord or GLS.
Delivery outside Denmark is proceeded with DHL.
All shipments abroad are sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package cannot be sent as a gift to non-EU countries as an attempt to evade local taxes and duties. Neither do we deliver packages to a P.O. Box. Please note that local customs will be charged when shipping outside the EU.
After receiving your order confirmation you will receive an e-mail, which will include carrier and tracking number information, enabling you to track your shipment at any time.

Denmark: 2-7 working days
Europe: 2-10 working days
Rest of the World: 3-10 working days
You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.
You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

IF YOU REGRET YOUR PURCHASE (Withdrawal)
Pia Hutters Art offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail om shop@piahutters.dk. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM YOU HAVE RETURNED
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Pia Hutters Art to evaluate the item’s condition.
WARRANTY
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Pia Hutters Art in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
Pia Hutters Art covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.

A complaint about a product or service can be filed with the Center for Complaints, the House of Commons, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can appeal to the Center for Complaints through the Complaints Portal for the House of Commons (Link) .
